One piece cast iron housing. Regreasable. Steel Cage. Steel Plate Slinger. Synthetic rubber seals. These highly durable bearings against wear and tear. These units are used on mining machinery, chemical industry, agricultural equipment, conveyors as well as general machinery.
The inner synthetic seals are firmly assembled on the outer ring and ensure perfect sealing of grease chamber.
Spherical outer rings of the ball bearing makes it easy to adjust irregularities of centre height at time of fitting bearing to the units.
By using deep raceway grooves and larger balls whilst ensuring high precision in manufacture it is possible to maintain constant radial loads.
